The Automatic Bollard provides a high level of security against unauthorized vehicle access. Designed to withstand substantial direct impact forces, the bollard is able to protect sites from extreme aggressive attacks while maintaining a less aggressive appearance. A Boom Barrier is a bar, or pole pivoted to allow the boom to block vehicular access through a controlled point. Boom gates are typically found at level (rail) crossings, drawbridges, parking facilities, checkpoints and entrances to restricted areas.

A thermal imaging camera (colloquially known as a TIC) is a type of thermographic camera used in firefighting. By rendering infrared radiation as visible light, such cameras allow firefighters to see areas of heat through smoke, darkness, or heat-permeable barriers. Thermal imaging cameras are typically handheld, but may be helmet-mounted. They are constructed using heat- and water-resistant housings, and ruggedized to withstand the hazards of fireground operations.

A fire alarm system notifies building operators about smoke, fire and heat at an early stage, thus enabling immediate response to any possible fire scenario and mitigating risk of disaster. A typical fire alarm system consists of an emergency voice evacuation system, fire fighter telephone jacks or stations, smoke detectors, heat detectors, monitor module, control module, isolator module and manual call points, which notify fire alarm operators of the location where the alarm is generated.

PARKING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

This system consists of a ticket dispenser located near the entry point, followed by a reader. As soon as the vehicle enters, the driver stops and takes a parking smart card ticket from the Ticket Dispenser. This dispenser is capable of managing Season ticket, park value, one time ticket etc. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or manually by cash. As soon as the transaction is completed, the ‘OPEN’ signal is sent to the electric barrier, which in turn opens and provides entry to the parking. Optionally the system has the capability to display the parking capacity and availability to the person entering the parking.
